Our Story
They met the good old fashioned way - online. They talked off and on for a few weeks, and finally Micah asked Ellen out for dinner. Thankfully, she was only 4 days post-wisdom teeth surgery so talking went really well!!! :) Their first date was at Ramen restaurant called Wabi House (so that Ellen could actually eat the food) and hit it off over similar tastes in music, food, drinks, and of course their love of the outdoors. They continued to see each other and within about a month and a half of dating, Ellen invited Micah to go on a camping trip in Colorado and climb a big mountain called Huron. They basically were already in love but Micah says it took longer (liar). They knew the next step was Micah meeting sweet little Grayson. They first met at an arcade/bowling alley where Micah schmoozed him by buying him more tokens! Grayson immediately took to Micah and they continue to have the most amazing relationship. They are so excited about their little family!
