Cherry Creek Bike Path
Take a walk or bike along Mark's favorite bike route! This trail takes you along the creek through the heart of the city. We recommend parking at the REI Denver Flagship store and taking the bridge across the South Platte River to connect with the trail.
LoHi (Lower Highlands)
The Highlands neighborhood (specifically LoHi) is packed with restaurants, bars, and shops.
Cheesman Park
Our favorite park in Denver, Ellen lived a few blocks away when she moved to Denver. Its the perfect place to spend the afternoon relaxing with a picnic.
Wax Trax Records
Our favorite record store in Denver (and where we go on our anniversary)! We love flipping through the stacks. Even if you're not into records it is fun to check out what whacky old records they have at their used store.
Kilgore Books
Ellen's favorite used book store, they have the best selection of fantasy and sci-fi books. This is also were Mark picked up his first copy of Dune.
