Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so we ask that guests arrive no later than 3:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle to and from the Holiday Inn Express in Dahlonega to Lilly Creek Farm. All guests are invited to use the shuttle service, whether you are staying at the hotel or not. There will be public parking available near the hotel if you would like to park your car and ride the shuttle to the venue. We kindly ask that our guests let us know if they plan on using the shuttle service when they RSVP so that we can plan shuttles accordingly.

Is there parking at Lilly Creek Farm?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of free parking available at the venue. You are also able to park overnight if you decide to ride the shuttle back after the reception.

Is Uber a transportation option?

Answer

Yes, although we have been advised by Lilly Creek Farm that Uber rides should be scheduled in advance due to lower availability in the area.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The event will be black-tie optional attire. Men can choose to wear tuxes or a formal suit and tie. Women may wear formal gowns or dressy midi/cocktail dresses.

Can I bring a plus-one/date?

Answer

Due to capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you were given a plus one, you will know when you receive your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only event. The only children invited are in the wedding party. We hope that you will enjoy a kid-free date night!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors with some covered spaces, and the reception will be indoors.
