Yes- there is a spot on the back of the RSVP cards to indicate any dietary restrictions and/or food allergies.
The Bride and Groom will be having an unplugged ceremony and kindly request that all cell phones remain silenced and away during the ceremony. Guests will be permitted to use cell phones after the ceremony has concluded.
Yes, there will be transportation from each of the four hotels highlighted on the travel page; The Icona, The Windrift, The Reeds, and The Beachcomber, to the church for the ceremony. There will also be transportation to the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor for the reception from the ceremony and also transportation to the Crew Room for the after-party from the Yacht Club reception, as well as return transportation to the hotels.
There is a grass parking lot across the street from the Church for the ceremony, and limited parking available at the Yacht Club for the reception. However, there will be transportation available to and from the ceremony, reception, and after party picking up and dropping off at the four hotels indicated on the “Travel” tab; The Icona, The Windrift, The Reeds, The Beachcomber.
The Bride and Groom are registered at Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus and Williams Sonoma (including items from Pottery Barn and West Elm) . The links to all three of the registries can be found under the “Registry” tab.
There will be a Welcome Dinner from 6-9 PM on Friday, October 14th at The Icona Avalon and a Farewell Brunch from 10 AM-12 PM on Sunday, October 16th at The Icona Avalon. All wedding events are highlighted on the “Schedule” Tab.
Please RSVP by mailing in your RSVP cards with the included postage and envelopes found with your invitations by the Fifth of September.

The dress code for the weekend events is as follows: Welcome Dinner: Relaxed Cocktail: Jackets and Ties are not required. Ceremony and Reception: Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses/attire. Farewell Brunch: Resort Casual: Daytime casual wear appropriate for the resort. Non beachwear.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, however, weather permitting, there is a covered deck that will be open for cocktail hour. Both the Welcome Dinner and the Farewell Brunch will also be indoors.
