Picture it. Seattle, 2012. Two young, charming and devastatingly attractive media professionals embark on a new journey of public broadcasting. They begin the journey by attending a public media convention which was kicked off during an opening night celebration that took place at the Seattle Aquarium. Both women attend the festivities. Rubbing elbows with some of public broadcastings' elite. Suddenly, a woman's voice comes over the speakers, informing the crowd that the sea otters were about to be fed and viewing of the totes adorbs creatures is encouraged. Both women make a beeline to the sea otters. Jenny stood by the pool and watched the playful sea otters perform for onlookers. As she stood there, smiling, a voice came from behind her. "Aww, they're feeding each other!" Jenny whips around and with a snarl and scowl said "What?" It was Ellen. Right behind Jenny. A bit close for Jenny's comfort; one does like to have personal space. But I digress. At that moment a conversation began which lasted for what might have been literally hours...mostly because Ellen had just finished the book '101 Question to Ask.' The rest is history. And that, dear Bella and Trinity, is how I met your mother.
