While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we have arranged for shuttle buses to the wedding venue and back from the Turf Valley Resort and the DoubleTree Columbia. The shuttle will depart the DoubleTree for the wedding venue at 4:50pm and will depart Turf Valley for the wedding venue at 5pm. Shuttles will also be provided to the after party and back to both hotels, and timing for these trips will be announced during the wedding reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, Howard County Conservancy offers ample parking if you choose to drive to the venue.
Question
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The ceremony is planned for a grassy area, so please plan accordingly! The reception will occur indoors.
