Question

When Should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d appreciate it if you could let us know as early as possible, as it will help us plan for the entire three-day celebration! The final date for RSVPs is January 31st, 2026.

Question

Australia is very far away - is it okay if I can’t make it?

Answer

Of course! We completely understand how far and expensive travelling to Australia can be, and there’s no expectation for anyone to make the journey. While we’d love to have everyone with us on our special day, we know it may not be possible for some. That’s perfectly okay - just please let us know, and we’ll look forward to celebrating with you whenever we see you next!

Question

I have a dietary requirement / food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, please let us know when you RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we love that you want to share our wedding experience with a special someone, only guests listed on the invitation are able to attend the wedding. If you have a plus-one, their name will be included on your invite. Thank you for understanding!

Question

How Do I Book Onsite Accommodation?

Answer

The venue does not handle accommodation bookings, so all bookings must be made directly through us. If you would like to book accommodation, please let us know on the RSVP and we’ll get in touch with all the details! Please let us know as soon as you can as this will help us manage room availability and ensure we can accommodate as many of you as possible at the Lodge!

Question

I can only attend the Wedding Day. Can I still stay at the Lodge?

Answer

As we've reserved the venue for a private, three-day event, all room bookings require a three-night minimum. This means that even if you're only attending for one day, the cost will be based on a full three-night stay. If this is the case, please let us know, and we’d be happy to suggest nearby accommodation options.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Australia is beautifully unpredictable... April is our autumn time, typically bringing blue skies and temperatures around 22°C. While we're hoping for sun, in the event of rain, we have a backup indoor plan for all the events.
