As Emmanuel's younger sister, she has immense patience for her brother's antics and for Ellen's poor Spanish skills. Ellen always appreciates Caro for her fine eye for fashion and for being someone else who understands Emmanuel's "I'm not actually listening to you" laugh.

Emmanuel's elder brother. Virtuoso pianist, guitarist and scientist. A "Legend" at Monterrey Tec, according to Emmanuel's own accounts. Surely, such a remarkable man must have a worthy sibling.

Freshmen year of high school, Stuti only knew Ellen as "The Girl Who Fainted" in their English class. Nowadays, they talk about everything, mostly sharing their thoughts on the latest Marvel movie.

Andres and Emmanuel met in high school, and a surprising friendship formed. While Emmanuel is a musician and scientist and Andres is more extroverted and into sports, they relate on the important things, such as on how to enjoy life, the meaning of family, and of course, what it means to be a good friend.

Alison and Ellen studied film at Northwestern University. The two bonded over a shared love of baking, gaming, and Japanese animation. Alison also plays video games with Emmanuel and their friend Neil every week.

Emmanuel and Jose met in middle school but didn’t become friends until after Jose returned from 3 years living in Malaysia. Even though Jose headed to med school and Emmanuel went into math, they still laugh and joke about silly things to this day.

While unable to be present at the wedding, Daphne is thrilled to be serving as honorary flower girl for her aunt and uncle. She has been eating lavender and roses in preparation for the big day.

Also unable to attend the wedding, Eddie is elated to take on the role of honorary ring bearer. His experience for the position includes sleeping on pillows to test the best option for the rings.
