What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will promptly begin at 5:30pm, but we recommend arriving about fifteen minutes early to make sure you are seated.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving kids, under 21, at home so you can celebrate with us!

How do I make my meal section?

Answer

All invitations have an RSVP envelope already with a stamp! Please write all guests names and their meal choice before sending it back to us. The meal options include Grilled Chicken Breast with mushroom madeira gravy NY Strip Loin with red wine reduction and topped with onion frizzles Butternut Squash Ravioli with sage brown butter sauce and walnuts (vegetarian)

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love if all our friends and family get dress up for our big deal. The dress code is semi formal attire. No jeans please!!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have rooms blocked for the night of our wedding at Bear Creek Mountain Resort. We encourage guests to book rooms as soon as they know if they will be staying over. This will ensure that you get a discounted rate and will allow us to block more rooms if necessary.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held on site at Bear Creek Mountain Resort. While our plan is to have the ceremony outside, pending weather we do have an alternate space to use if we need to.
