Question

Is there a map of the venue?

Answer

Please refer to the interactive map on the venue website. https://redbarnranchevents.com/#rbr-map

Question

Where will we park?

Answer

There is parking provided at Red Barn Ranch. Please follow the signs to the parking area with designated spaces provided for all.

Question

Where will we camp?

Answer

There is a small grass field across from the creek where campers can make themselves comfortable. It is closest to the row of trees that provide some shade. Please refer to the Red Barn Ranch interactive map for visual help.

Question

Are there bathrooms and showers for campers?

Answer

There are bathrooms with multiple stalls provided at the ranch. There are currently no showers. If you need to shower check in with Clem and Ellen. There is a spare shower inside if need be. Solar showers work great as well :)

Question

Can I fish or swim in the pond?

Answer

The pond is open for catch and release bass fishing. Bring your rods if you would like! Please, no swimming.

Question

Is there water and food provided?

Answer

The Red Barn Ranch provides natural California spring water. It has been tested to be purer than the municipal water in Hopland. If you do not feel comfortable consuming it, please bring your own. Food is provided for the Friday night welcome event at Hopland Tap and after the wedding ceremony. Campers please bring any additional food, coolers, ice and supplies you may need to keep yourself comfortable. There will be breakfast available for campers the morning after. Please bring your own plates and utensils.

Question

Can people bring and consume their own alcohol?

Answer

There will be beer and wine provided the day of the wedding after the ceremony. Alcohol will not be served before hand due to site rules. During the wedding all alcohol must be served by a bartender. If campers want to bring their own hard alcohol or drinks that is an option. Discretion is key! At a certain point you will not be allowed to bring your own drinks from the campground into the venue. Have a spare discreet vessel to consume from.

Question

What time is quiet hour?

Answer

The Red Barn Ranch has stated that music has to stop at 11:30pm. Quiet hour begins at 12AM. We can move into the barn and close the doors afterwards. If we are quiet enough we can continue to have a good time! Please no loud music or yelling outside after hours.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It has potential to be hot in Hopland that time of year. Plan accordingly. The ceremony will likely be in the sun but will be short. Sunscreen, hats, and plenty of water if needed.

Question

Where can I get ice or other supplies?

Answer

There is a convenience store and market in town for anything needed. Bigger stores can be found in Ukiah.

Question

Can we smoke on site?

Answer

Yes. There is a designated smoking area near the fire pit during the wedding. Cannabis can be consumed onsite.
