When should I arrive for the Mass?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure everyone can find a seat before Mass begins.

St. James and Chevy Chase both have parking lots with ample space.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Suites Lincolnshire (see our Travel tab for more details). There are also a number of hotels close to the reception venue and the church.

Please RSVP by Friday, October 25. If you have any issues RSVPing, please let us know as soon as possible.

What will the weather be like?

Chicago in November can be a bit of a wild card. Some years, snow is on the ground by Thanksgiving, while other years, we're still wearing shorts. Most of the activities will take place indoors, so plan for cooler weather, but you probably don't have to break out a parka.
