Like all great modern romances, we met through swiping on a dating app. Ellen was charmed by Calvin's adorable puppy and choice of a Taylor Swift halloween costume, and Calvin was enamored by Ellen's good looks and clever quips about her height.

Our first date was a walk along Hudson River Park, where Calvin would later propose 874 days later. The walk turned into drinks and apps, which turned into a late-night trip to the dog park with Waffle, where she took to Ellen instantly.

We've pretty much been joined at the hip ever since. We would like to extend a special thank you to our biggest supporters: Taco Bell for cementing our bond over Crunchwrap Supremes, Baby Grand Karaoke bar which we've probably tried to drag all of you to at some point, and lots of baked ziti among friends.

We can't wait to celebrate with you at our wedding ceremony and reception in January!
