We're getting married!

It all began in 2019, when Julian greeted Ellen with a simple “Howdy” at a high school lunch meeting of the Spartan News club. Right then, they sensed something special between them.

Julian took Ellen to one of her favorite places, Kohler-Andrae State Park. As they walked the park's trails, Ellen noticed Julian fumbling with his backpack and not responding to her comments about the scenery. She turned around to find him down on one knee.

The couple dreams of taking a beautiful honeymoon together and settling into a home where they can build a life and family. They look forward to creating lasting memories, supporting each other's goals, and making each other laugh.
