What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recomend arriving 15 minutes before the ceremony starts at 3:30pm so you can get settled in!

Will the events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place outdoors. We will being having a tented reception and are prepared for rain or shine!

How will I get to the wedding ceremony and reception? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Parking will be available at both venues. We suggest carpooling with family and friends to minimize the number of vehicles at the ceremony location. For the reception, designated drivers will be available to ensure guests get home safely. Our priority is everyone's safety at the end of the evening. Cars can be picked up the next day from the reception venue. Thank you all! <3

Is there parking available at the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available at both locations. However, the parking is a bit limited at the ceremony location. At the reception address there is plenty of parking spaces near the entrance.

Do we need to select our meal for dinner? And what if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We've decided to have a buffet-style dinner so there will be plenty of food options including vegetarian options as well (especially since Ellee is a picky eater..) so not to worry and there is no set meal selection for dinner :)

Will there be an open bar?

You bet! You can opt to bring cash to tip our bartenders.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We would like to have an "un-plugged" ceremony so we would like for you to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and we promise to share all our photos that the photographers capture with everyone! However, feel free before and after to take any photos if you'd like to.

How far is the reception from the ceremony location?

Answer

It is about a 5-8 minute drive up the road they're roughy 5.5 km apart so make sure that you have a ride planned to the reception following the ceremony. :)

We are honoured and excited to celebrate our special day with our loved ones! Your presence and well wishes are the most meaningful gifts we could ever ask for. However, for an idea on gifts that could be useful to the bride and groom you can reach out to the mother of the bride and mother of the groom.

Plus ones?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitations attend as we would like to keep this a more small intimate event. When you go to RSVP and search your name we've made sure to include any plus ones there

The cocktail hour starts at 5pm with appetizers, drinks, and music. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime around 5pm.
