The shuttle will make two trips to the venue. The first trip will pick up guests at Fairfield Inn & Suites Winters Davis at 4:00 PM, then at Hotel Winters at 4:15 PM. The second and final trip will pick up at Fairfield Inn at 4:40 PM, followed by Hotel Winters at 4:50 PM. Please wait in the lobby early and listen for the “Tubbs Wedding” call. Return trips every 30 minutes: 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30 PM
Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM.
Please RSVP by May 15th, 2025 using the RSVP tab above. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, you will be marked as "not attending".
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at Park Winters.
Garden Party Attire. The ceremony will be in a beautiful garden, so we recommend light and comfortable attire since it’ll be warm. Feel free to wear sundresses, floral prints, or lighter suits. Whatever makes you feel your best!
