How do I RSVP?

What time does the wedding start and end?

Answer

The celebration begins at 6:00 pm and will go until 11:00 pm. Please plan on arriving 25-30 minutes prior (5:25 - 5:30) to allow for traffic, parking and seating.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. For men: A black or dark suit is suggested. Black tuxedo is optional. For women: A long gown or formal dress is recommended.

How do we get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Hotel guests can take the wedding shuttle bus or can drive to Lionscrest Manor. The buses will depart from the two room-block hotels listed in the Travel tab as well as the Boulder Marriott hotel. Local guests can drive to the venue. It is about 35 minutes north of Boulder in the foothills. The address is 603 Indian Lookout Road, Lyons, CO. Please note that the last mile to the venue is up a steep, winding dirt road with hair pin turns, so please use extra caution if you are driving, especially at night when it is very dark.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking is available at Lionscrest. However, it is recommended that hotel guests take the shuttle to the venue rather than driving.

Answer

We have hotel blocks reserved at two hotels in Boulder, CO. Details, prices and booking links are available on the Travel page of this site. Please use the booking links provided in the Travel tab. There are also many hotels at different price ranges in the Boulder and Longmont areas.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’ve decided to make this an adults-only celebration. So, we kindly ask that guest do not bring children. Consider it a little date night with great food, drinks, dancing, and a lot of love in the air! We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside. The dinner and reception are inside an air-conditioned building. Late August in Lyons is generally relatively warm during the day but because it sits at a higher elevation (5,340 feet) it gets cooler in the evening. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket just in case. In the event of bad weather, the ceremony will be held indoors. The festivities will go on rain or shine!
