Just a short walk, bike, or drive from Alys, Rosemary Beach is home to a collection of charming boutiques and specialty stores. You'll find fashion, gifts, children’s clothing, home décor, and more. If you get hungry, head to Pescado in Rosemary for one of the best views along 30A!

No trip to 30A is complete without checking out the beaches! Most rental communities along 30A provide some sort of nearby beach access. Please note that some beaches offer private beach access for guests of the community only (Alys, Rosemary, and Kaiya).
Rent a bike and cruise the scenic 18-mile Timpoochee Trail, which winds through the charming beach towns of 30A. It’s one of the best ways to explore the area and take in the coastal views!
A short drive down 30A, Seaside is a vibrant beach town full of charm, colorful architecture, and great food. Grab lunch from airstream food trucks and explore the local shops. If you have time to venture down 30A, Elle and Ben recommend checking out Central Square Records to check out their music selection and to grab a fried pickle at Pickle's!
Consistently ranked among Florida’s best beaches, Grayton offers a more rustic, natural vibe with coastal dune lakes, hiking trails, and quiet stretches of shoreline to enjoy away from the crowds. Elle and Ben highly recommend stopping at RedBar for their blackened grouper!
The 30Avenue retail and dining center sits across from the eastern entrance to 30A. It's a great place to shop, grab a cocktail, or listen to live music in the evenings!
