Never seen anything like this before. It is so cold out walking around the ice sculptures, but this is such a fun night outing!
Soldier Hollow Nordic Center
I went here once for my 21st birthday with one of my dear friends. Only wish we had brought more people.... more weight on tubes = more speed!! Highly recommend coming here in a big group :p
Rodizio Grill - Provo
Having served an LDS mission in Brazil, I love finding places that remind me of my time there. Rodizio Grill is a more upscale, traditional Brazilian steakhouse with an all-you-can-eat buffet and servers that will cut meat on skewers right in front of you.
Homestead Crater
Ok I've never actually been here, buuut my friend went here on her honeymoon and said it was awesome!! It looks so nice and warm :) and look at the color of the water!
Sundance Nordic Center
I've been cross country skiing here a handful of times, including a group lesson. But they also have some great snowshoeing trails!
Snowbird Ski Resort
How can you visit Utah and not going skiing or snowboarding?? Utah boasts some of the best snow in the country, and almost every skier I know claims Snowbird is their favorite. You can also just chill in the hot tub at the hotel too haha. Here's Andrew and I after skiing with his family :)
Black Sheep Cafe
I have not been to this restaurant, but I've heard sooo many good things about it. Black Sheep Cafe serves Southwestern Native American cuisine, including a full bar.
Peaks Ice Arena
Ice skating is always a solid, go-to winter activity that can be enjoyed indoors!
