FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. Our venue will be open and have refreshments starting at 5:00.

Question

What precautions are you taking in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

Due to the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and in order to keep our indoor event as safe as possible, we are planning to follow Philadelphia's Level 3 COVID guidelines, which require all of our guests to either have proof of vaccination or have a negative, facility-performed test (not an at-home test) within 24 hours of the event. In addition, for the health and safety of every guest, we are asking all vaccinated guests to take an at-home test the day of the wedding. Masks will also be available for anyone who would like one. More details on Philadelphia’s COVID-19 regulations and response levels can be found at https://www.visitphilly.com/covid-19-resources-for-greater-philadelphia/#how-to-navigate-visiting-now. In order to make things as easy as possible on the day of the wedding, we are asking our guests to upload a copy of their proof of vaccination to the following form in advance of the wedding: https://forms.gle/kSJrznJ7X4S2beEg8 Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at elleandalex2022@gmail.com with any questions or concerns, and thank you in advance for helping us keep our wedding safe and fun! Given the evolving COVID situation, we will communicate any significant changes to our COVID protocol via email and keep the website up to date.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We want to ensure that you have enough to eat regardless of dietary restrictions. Our reception will include a family style meal that includes vegetarian and vegan options. To give our caterers ample time to prepare, we ask that you indicate any allergies or restrictions in the RSVP form.

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We are choosing to have an adult-only celebration so everyone, parents included, can enjoy a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry! If you have a young child or children and need help coordinating care for them the night of our wedding, please reach out.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no onsite parking at the venue. While there are limited private lots nearby, we encourage guests to use rideshare or taxis.
