Yes, Newport Harbor Island Resort has plenty of free parking. Guests are also allowed to keep their cars parked overnight if needed.
Yes, there is a free 14 passenger van shuttle that travels to Bowen's Wharf. As of now, we will not be providing any additional transportation so please plan accordingly. The venue is located right off of Thames St and walking distance to many hotels. Uber and driving are also options. Your hotel may also include transportation options so definitely look into that.
Please limit to only who is indicated on the invitation. The venue cannot accommodate extra guests that are not invited.
Yes, we ask for black tie optional. This means men should wear anything from a suit to a tux and women should wear anything from a cocktail dress to a gown. No pressure, dress as fancy as you would like or in cocktail attire. *Keep in mind the ceremony is going to take place on grass, if you plan to wear heels, we recommend women wear wedges or block heels.
The ceremony begins at 5:30 sharp. We ask that you arrive around 5pm so you can find a seat.
Hotel policy: The resort is prepared to accommodate your dog in the guest room provided your dog is 40lbs or less. No other animals are permitted within the resort. Your dog must be fully trained and kept on a leash when it is in the resort or on resort property unless it is in your room. A $75 per day pet fee (maximum charge is two days or $150) will be added to your account in addition to your room and tax. We regret that pets (excluding service dogs) are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, the seawater spa, pool, or beach area.
