FAQs

Question

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are keeping our wedding an intimate celebration. We have strictly limited our guest list to those specifically named on the invitation. Unless your invitation is addressed to you "and Guest," we unfortunately cannot accommodate a plus one. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive ?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

Question

What is the rsvp deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2026. This gives us the necessary time to finalize headcounts with our caterer and venue.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are holding an adult-only wedding. We can only accommodate children who are specifically named on the invitation as part of the wedding party or family. We encourage you to use this weekend as an opportunity to enjoy a night off!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're envisioning an enchanting Italian Garden Party, and we invite you to dress in Garden Party Formal attire that complements our wedding's color palette. Embrace soft pinks, elegant greens, warm browns, and neutral tans to help bring our vision to life. Please avoid black, neon colors, and bold patterns. For a comprehensive guide to our desired attire, visit our dedicated attire page for more detailed inspiration.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, we do! It is under our "Registry" tab on our website.

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

On-site parking with attendants and golf cart shuttles from the lots is available. For reliable service, we strongly recommend coordinating private shuttle services from your hotel over rideshare apps (Uber/Lyft) due to the venue's Hill Country location.

Question

Can I take photos & videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all phones and cameras and keep them put away. We have hired wonderful photographers, videographer, and a content creator to capture this moment, and we want to see your faces, not your devices! You are welcome to take photos during the reception.

Question

Will the event be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outdoors on the beautiful terraces to embrace the garden party vibe. The dancing and formal reception will be held indoors. Guests have full access to the entire venue to explore!

Question

Is there an end time?

Answer

The formal reception will conclude at 11:30 PM. Please plan your transportation accordingly.

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction or allergy?

Answer

Please note any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we will work with our caterer to accommodate you.

Question

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is truly the only gift we need! If you wish to contribute, we prefer gifts toward our honeymoon and house funds, which are linked on our registry page. A card box will be available at the reception, but we kindly request that any physical gifts be mailed directly to our home.

Question

Is the venue accessible for guests with mobility needs?

Answer

Yes, Villa Antonia is ADA accessible. Please let us know when you RSVP if you require assistance or special seating.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a full open bar throughout the cocktail hour and reception.
