We found love again later in life!

This connection was never imagined by either of us. While our loved ones insisted that we start online dating, it was really God who intervened to bring us together. After several disappointing dates, Brian and I (not having yet connected) had both become disillusioned with online dating. Individually, we had decided not to renew our subscription when it expired. Just a few weeks before my subscription would end, Brian's written profile caught my eye. Even though his only profile picture showed him wearing shades and donning a beard (concealing his full face), I sent him a smiley face. After a few days, he responded. I took as many days to reply, not wanting to appear anxious. That was in August 2021. We communicated through the app for several weeks and afterwards started talking on the phone. In October of that year, we finally decided to meet face-to-face. I had no intention of crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to have lunch with Brian, so we met at Copper Canyon in Arundel Mills Mall. We stayed in the restaurant for five hours exchanging stories about each others' lives. In the days that followed we talked several times a day...in the morning before work and beyond midnight before going to bed. Soon after, I began making trips across the bridge and finally invested in an EZpass. That was the beginning of our romance that led to the altar!
