A message from the bride and groom

We’re beyond excited to have all our favorite people celebrating with us on our big day! It’s going to be a night filled with fun, laughter, and so much love! Below, we’ve answered a few questions you might have, along with a couple of ground rules to help make sure everyone has an amazing time. We love you all and can’t wait to celebrate together!
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM for welcome drinks! The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, guests will be directed to the cocktail room for a pre-ceremony toast, offering a chance to mingle, meet new faces, and enjoy some light conversation before the formal events begin. To ensure an uninterrupted ceremony, the doors will be closed and locked at 6:00 PM sharp. Any late arrivals will not be permitted entry until the ceremony has concluded.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable and look fabulous! Our preferred attire is cocktail dresses, sundresses, slacks, tuxedos, and button-down shirts. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, baseball caps, and — MOST IMPORTANTLY — white! Please also avoid wearing dark green, as that is the color the bridesmaids will be wearing. We can't wait to see you all looking your best!

Question

Can my kids come?

Answer

Our wedding is an adult event, so we kindly ask that no children attend. Any guests under the age of 21 are reserved for the bride a grooms discretion and said guests have been notified. We hope you understand and appreciate your support! :)

Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If you’re receiving a plus one, it will be noted when you RSVP through the website. For families, the RSVP options will include the names of those invited. If your RSVP doesn’t show a plus one, we kindly ask that you please refrain from requesting one, as plus ones are reserved for spouses and partners. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Question

Photo/Phone Policy

Answer

To help create a truly memorable experience, we’ve decided to keep our ceremony phone-free. We’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture all the beautiful moments, so we kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone during the ceremony. Your cooperation helps us ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for everyone. Also, please understand that our photographer will be focused on capturing our moments. If we would like photos with you or of you, we’ll be sure to let you know!

Question

Weather conditions and expectations

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception and cocktail hour will be indoors. Although it's October, please keep in mind that it's still Arizona, so it may be a bit warm during the ceremony.

Question

Ceremony Seating

Answer

Open Seating! No sides, we're all family!!!

Question

Parking

Answer

Please park in the uncovered parking lots directly across the street from the venue. The closest lot is located at the corner of South Arizona Place and East Boston Street, and the second lot is at the corner of West Boston Street and South San Marcos Place. The lot connected to the venue is reserved for restaurant parking, so please avoid parking there as vehicles will be towed.
