Welcome Beach BBQ

3:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Beach Attire - sundresses, button ups and shorts, more casual

The day before our wedding we will be hosting a “BBQ and Brews Before the I Do’s” barbecue at Paddlewheel Hall on the deck above the beach. The event will take place from 3:00-7:30. We have rented a pontoon boat for the afternoon, and from 3-6pm we will be taking groups of 15 on little outings in the bay to enjoy Okanagan Lake! 🌞 please let me know if you’re interested in this and I will note your group down for a ride. The dock to board is in the same park as the hall on the other side of the beach, a short walking distance away. Cocktails and beverages will be available on the deck from 3:30pm onwards and Tyson will be grilling burgers around 5pm! This is an invite for our guests that are attending the wedding the next day. Come hang by the beach, enjoy some good food and good company, and maybe even jump in the lake! 🤍

Our Wedding Day

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Please join us for our special day! The Ceremony will take place at 2:00pm on the beach, with cocktails and appetizers to follow. There will be a kids area as well as games on the grass and beach. The Reception will begin at 5:00pm in the Hall with dinner, and dancing to celebrate!
