Mason

&

Ella

July 21, 2023

Nashville, TN

Our Story:

Ella and I met on New Years in 2019. I was immediately drawn to her unmatched beauty and humble spirit as she approached me and introduced herself to me. We exchanged cell phone numbers and continued communication with one another as we were separated by state lines for college. That separation, however, did not last for long. March 2020 was supposed to be when the world was shutting down due to COVID-19, but that is when my world changed for the better. COVID brought our separation to an end as I was able to return home from school to be with Ella. We spent hours on end walking at Percy Warner park, going on picnics around Nashville, swimming at the lake, and talking in the late hours of the night. We grew our relationship together with the Lord guiding us and forming us into what it has become today. As COVID came to an end, so did my time at home. I returned to school for my final year. The long drives back and forth from Nashville, TN to Starkville, MS began once again but it was all well worth it to be able to spend time with one another. Upon my graduation and Ella’s second graduation (haha), we moved to Birmingham, Alabama and started a life together in a new(ish) city. Long distance was finally over and new routines set in, but the one thing that remained consistent was our love for one another. On the night of December 19, 2022, I asked Ella to marry me with both our families present and she said yes (God bless her). While our story covers the span of three plus years, we know it is just beginning of where the Lord will take our love for one another. We are so happy to share July 21st with all of our closest friends and family and hope to see you all there! Mason Ecclesiastes 4: 9-12
