We met on April 18th, 2020 in Mountain Home, Idaho. We were introduced through a mutual friend when I somehow got roped into going "pigeon hunting" with Landen. (Coming from the city, I had no idea that pigeon hunting was even a thing.) From the moment we met, Landen started cracking jokes and teasing me (as you all know he does with everyone). While we were pigeon hunting at 1am, Landen asked me to jump into an abandoned grain silo, and I was slightly worried I would be the next star on Dateline TV. Lucky for me, I was not murdered and that is where our love story began!

We got engaged on December 21st, 2023 in Garden Valley. Landen planned an incredibly romantic proposal that I knew nothing about! I was under the impression that we were just going to our annual family Christmas cabin, but to my surprise when I walked through the snow and in the front door there was a beautiful candle lit proposal waiting for me! We were surrounded by amazing family and we will relive this moment for the rest of our lives!
