Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding dress code is Garden Party Cocktail. Not sure what that means? Please wear something elegant yet relaxed. For women, this means knee-length or midi dresses in light, flowy fabrics like chiffon or satin, with floral prints or bright colors. We suggest a blazer or sport coat with dress pants or chinos and a button-down shirt for men. Please note that ties are optional. The ceremony is on a lawn, so please plan your shoes accordingly. Fun colors and prints are encouraged but not necessary.

Can I bring a date?

Due to our venue's limited capacity, guests are asked not to bring a plus one unless they are named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding, we look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is available on-site at the Reception. Parking Fees: - If you're not staying overnight at the State Park, simply inform the gate attendant that you're attending the 'Allen Wedding,' and your parking fee will be covered. - If you are staying on the State Park grounds for the wedding weekend, the parking fee is already included in your cabin rental.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Our wedding will take place mostly outdoors! The ceremony will be held outside, and while the reception will be indoors, you'll have the freedom to move between the indoor and outdoor areas throughout the evening.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 3 p.m., so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you don't miss anything. This will give you plenty of time to park and find your seat.
