Wedding Party

These individuals have all played a very special part in our lives. We're so thankful to have them join us for our big day. Please meet our Wedding Party!

Gratia Maloney

Maid of Honor

I get to have a sister that also is my best friend. She's my role model in so many ways. Wouldn't have anyone else by my side on our big day. No, she's not my twin but guess who's older :)

Alyssa Keyser

Groomswoman of Honor

I spent 11 years as an only child before my goofball little sister, Alyssa, arrived. Whether taking on lofty baking goals or making Mom spit her coffee all over the car, we always laugh the day away. One of my favorite memories of my sister involves takeout night. We picked up the food but once we got home, we realized there was a mistake with the stromboli. Despite our parents’ incredulous objections, we hopped back in the car and had the order corrected. “It’s not a stromboli” became our way of saying, “it’s not important”. When Alyssa was a baby she would ride around the house on my back. She’s no longer a little kid and while I’m so proud of how she’s grown, she’ll always be my baby sister. I couldn’t imagine not having Alyssa by my side on my big day; this one’s a stromboli for sure!

Karrie Matejka

Matron of Honor

Karrie's my random-college-roommate-turned-soulmate. She is one of the most special women I've ever known and I'm keeping her around forever. P.S. She's the one to ask if you want some dirt on the bride.

Jon Standish

Best Man

One of my earliest memories of Jon has him going by a different name, Miles. Not long after Mr. Zackaroff’s middle school history class, Jon and I bonded over SOCOM. Soon we were hiking on the fringes of the Appalachian trail near our childhood home. We’d go on to make memories playing paintball, staying up all night watching obscure movies, and playing any form of strategy game we could get our hands on. Somewhere between debating life’s greatest questions and commiserating over our latest challenge, we grew up together. While we’re a little older now and the questions we ask each other are changing, we still make time for whiskey tasting and theorizing on the rise and fall of humanity. Jon has been an enduring friend and the best wingman I could’ve asked for.

Kate Rau

Bridesmaid

Having a cousin as a built in friend is the best, really. Kate has been my wing-woman since the beginning of time. I'd say we've come a long way since the horse-riding days, terrible baking adventures and planning our weddings to movie-stars, but I know we'll still be playing Herd Your Horses all the way to our retirement home days.

Chad Horner

Groomsman

I moved to West Milford in 6th grade where I met chad. Eventually we’d find ourselves in high school where we’d share a locker and become doubles partners on our tennis team. We paired up in physics for Mr. Rose’s marble run project and often got together with our friends for poker night. Late in high school, I remember being with Chad when he opened a response from Princeton... yeah, my boy’s wicked smaht! Chad doesn’t live all that close to me anymore and while some time can pass before we talk, I’m always taken aback by just how in sync we can be when we do reconnect. I don’t think we’ll have hour long conversations about our latest dating struggles anymore, but I know I’ll always have that buddy to reach out to, one who understands all too well what I’m thinking and feeling.

Alexis Trcka

Bridesmaid

This woman is a shining star in my life. She brings such joy and love into the world and I'm so fortunate to have her by my side. Cant wait to continue our friendship together with cheese globes, unsolicited opera performances and tons and tons of belly laughs.

Cameron Stanek

Groomsman

Cameron and I were randomly paired up to be roommates as freshmen at Penn State. Brumbaugh hall , with its cold showers, became our first home away from home. Whether playing FIFA late into the night, dragging ourselves to the commons for cheesesteaks, or navigating general civil unrest on campus, we were rarely separated during our undergrad journey. After graduation we’d both eventually move Madison, WI on a leap of faith. And while I don’t know where the next leg of life’s journey will take me, I know Cameron will inevitably be involved. While it didn’t cross my mind much at the time, I’ve come to realize our pairing freshman year was a resoundingly positive and defining moment in my life. I’m so thankful that Cameron will be by my side to kick off my next great adventure.
