Answer

Of course! Promptly after cocktail hour, a delicious greek pasta salad and salsa bar will be available to snack on including tortilla chips, guacamole, queso and a range of different salsas!

For dinner, Tortilla and Pitabilities food truck will be available with a variety of delicious menus items such as pita or salad bowls, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and more!

Is there a seating chart for the reception?

Answer

Certain tables will be blocked off towards the front of the stage. This is for the bride and grooms close family, but please feel free to sit with anyone and anywhere you may like!

Is there assigned seating for the ceremony?

Answer

Front row seats will be blocked off for immediate family members of the bride and groom only. Everyone else may feel free to sit in any seat and on either side of the aisle!

Where should I park my car?

Upon entering the property, parking signs will be displayed, easily directing you to the fenced in parking area next to the reception barn! (Handicap spots included within parking lot)

What kind of drinks will be served?

Answer

During the reception a bartender will be taking orders. Apart from that, alcoholic drinks such as beers, seltzers, wine, etc. will be available. There will be non-alcohol options as well including soda, water and even a coffee bar! (Please be respectful and drink responsibly)

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

Whether you are drinking or not, safety comes first! As a special convenience for our guest, we have arranged a shuttle transportation to and from the venue and hotel. While this is a luxury not always provided at weddings, we are very happy to offer it and kindly ask to be respectful and patient for those of you staying a bit later to celebrate with the bride and groom! *shuttle hours (8pm to 12pm)*

Can I use my phone during the ceremony?

We ask that all guests please reframe from taking videos or photos during our ceremony and to mute any devices before hand!

Can I take pictures during the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! Any and all photos are welcome and encouraged. Scan our QR code at the reception entrance to connect to our group photo app where you can take and upload photos of the special night!

Our wedding will be cocktail attire for the evening keeping in mind the colors of the wedding party!

After parking, where should I go for the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be held in the grass pasture behind the large blue home.

What time should I arrive?

As displayed on our website, our ceremony will officially begin at 3 PM. We request that guests be arrived and seated before then.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

Our ceremony will be held outside while our reception will be held inside the barn.

Should I bring a jacket or change of shoes?

Answer

We are hoping for warm and sunny weather! While our reception space does not have AC, the barn doors will be open and because of concrete flooring, it is much much cooler inside. We don’t mind as the night goes on, if you would like to change into something a bit comfier shoe wise!

Is there a hotel block?

Yes! Under the travel portion of our website, you can find all the details for a hotel. This is also where the groom and bride will be staying! If you would like or prefer to stay somewhere else, we don’t mind at all.

How far is the hotel from the venue?

Our venue is about 20 to 25 minutes from the hotel displayed on our travel page.

While we do not have a specific date, we request that you kindly RSVP by the beginning of May.

Yes! Both of our trucks are a build your own/create your own food style where you can get as picky as you may like!

Later into the evening, we will be setting up a small snack bar for those of you who would like to continue partying with the bride and groom.

Will the bar be open or cash?

During the reception we will have an open bar. Please be respectful to our bartender and drink responsibly as some children will be present and we want to make sure that everyone has a good time!
