FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly respond with your RSVP by April 17th!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is just one location for both the ceremony and reception! There is a parking garage available for our event just beyond the church on 12th Avenue. There is also street parking. Please give yourself plenty of time for parking, as the church is located in Seattle's busy University District!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our family and friends to dress up with us! The dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. Ladies might consider midi formal, tea-length, or floor-length dresses, and gentlemen are encouraged to wear a dress shirt and tie, with a sports coat or suit. Since we will be married in a beautiful stained-glass church, we’re hoping to create a classic and traditional feel, so dressy attire is appreciated.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we wish we could invite all the children, please keep to those who are included on your invite. All nursing babies are welcome.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Because of the size of the church, we had to keep our guest list tight! Please keep to those who are named on the invite.

Question

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be served cocktail-style. Because the church does not accommodate a seated dinner for the size of our group, we will be serving a variety of substantial appetizers and handheld options for guests to enjoy while mingling and celebrating with us.
