When should I book lodging?

It's never too early to secure your lodging, especially since Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the surrounding areas are highly sought-after vacation destinations where availability can fill up rapidly. We recommend booking lodging as soon as you RSVP yes or at least 2-3 months prior to the wedding you’re attending. By booking soon, you'll ensure that you can stay at your preferred location in close proximity to the venue, guaranteeing a convenient and enjoyable experience!

How does the shuttle service work?

Answer

The Magnolia is privately located at the top of a mountain, so all guests are transported by professional shuttle. We partner exclusively with Elite Event Services, who provide wedding-day transportation from our guest parking lot and, when arranged by the couple, from select pre-approved local hotels and cabins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men.
