Due to the size limitations of our venues, and our desire to invite as many friends and family as possible, we have made the tough decision not to have children included in the wedding weekend.

Girls, block heels or wedges are great options for the setting. If you’re planning to wear thinner heels, no worries - we’ll have heel stoppers available!

Is there transportation for wedding weekend events?

We will offer transportation to and from the Sonesta Resort, as well as Spanish Wells, for the Rehearsal Dinner and for the Wedding. Details below. Saturday, October 11, 2025 5:15pm Sprinter arrives at the Sonesta 5:30pm Sprinter departs to Quarterdeck 5:50pm Sprinter arrives at the Quarterdeck 9:30pm Sprinter staged at Quarterdeck Restaurant to transport guests back to Sonesta 10:00pm Sprinter returns guest back to the Sonesta 5:30pm Mini Bus departs Spanish Wells Clubhouse to the Quarterdeck 5:50pm Mini Bus arrives to the Quarterdeck 8:30pm Mini Bus staged at Quarterdeck to transport guests to Spanish Wells Clubhouse 10:00pm Mini Bus departs the Quarterdeck with guests back to Spanish Wells Clubhouse 10:50pm Mini Bus staged at the Liberty Oak Parking Lot 12:00am Mini Bus departs Liberty Oak Parking Lot/Crazy Crab to return guests back to Spanish Wells Clubhouse Sunday, October 12, 2025 4:30pm Sprinter arrives at the Sonesta 4:50pm Sprinter departs to Harbour Town Clubhouse 5:05pm Sprinter arrives at the Harbour Town Clubhouse. Sprinter will drop guest off at Clubhouse, guests will walk to the 18th Lawn (Ceremony Start: 5:30pm) 11:00pm Sprinter returns guest back to the Sonesta 4:15pm Trolley arrives at Spanish Well Clubhouse 4:30pm Trolley departs to Harbour Town Clubhouse (Departure time no later than 4:40pm) 4:50pm Trolley arrives at the Harbour Town Clubhouse.
