Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Upon reserving your room through our travel agent Megan, transportation will be provided.

What is the timeline of events on the wedding day?

Answer

Ceremony will be held from 6:00-7:00 PM. Cocktail Hour will be held from 7:00-8:00 PM. Reception will be held from 8:00-11:00 PM.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors at the Ocean Deck Palapa. The reception will be held indoors on the Rooftop.

What should you wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal beach attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button-downs, lightweight formal dresses, and gowns. Bright colors that scream destination wedding by the beach are welcomed.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Our wedding coordinator will provide a vegan/vegetarian and/or gluten-free menu upon request. The chef can accommodate all types of allergies. Please let the bride and groom to be know if you would like to review this menu.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
