E&B met the traditional way modern couples meet... through Hinge! More specifically, through Eliz's friends Sabrina & Rodolfo, who created a Hinge account for her. By some combination of fate, luck, and oddly good timing, they matched her with B! However, Eliz promptly friend-zoned him for the next six months. 😅 Despite that minor setback & the long distance (E was a student at Cal Poly Pomona, while B was at SF State!), E&B never stopped talking, laughing, and spending time together. From studying together on FaceTime every night until 4am, to creating playlists for each other and meeting up at festivals, Eliz finally realized her best friend might actually be her person for life. :)
