What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:45 pm to ensure you have ample time to find your seat and get comfortably settled before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests dressed up! Our wedding is formal meaning women should wear floor or ankle length dresses and men should wear suits. Our wedding colors are an assortment of pastels if you'd like to match our theme! Click the "Gallery" tab for inspo.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our room block will be at the Embassy Suites in East Peoria. Our link will take you to our block and will give you a discounted room rate. Please reserve your room by June 15th 2026. If you fail to reserve by then, the room block and the discount will no longer be available.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our day focused on celebrating with our closest family and friends, we are only able to accommodate guests who were specifically listed with a +1 on their invitation. We hope you understand and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely, we would love all of our family with us to celebrate our special day and could not imagine excluding the kiddos.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please reach out to either Mitch or Lizzy before the RSVP deadline and they will make sure to have special accommodations for you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

If you know us, you know we love to have a good time...So the answer to that question is yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation if you plan on drinking. The hotel is located right across the river but unfortunately not walking distance.
