Falls Park is located north of downtown Sioux Falls. The park covers 123 acres and an average of 7,400 gallons of water drops 100 feet over the course of the Falls each second. It includes the visitor information center and observation tower, Falls Overlook Cafe, the Queen Bee Mill, several permanent sculptures and an open air shelter. From March 8-November 1, park hours are 5 a.m.-12 midnight.
The Washington Pavilion is the region’s home for the arts, entertainment and science. Located in a beautifully renovated historic building in downtown Sioux Falls, it is one of only a few facilities in the world to bring together under one roof the performing arts, visual arts, interactive science and educational opportunities.
