Please note:
1. We do recommend having a rental car as uber is new to the area.
2. If you plan on going across the Hood River bridge, there is toll that is required.
3. We encourage you to book your hotel at the venue, the Columbia Gorge Hotel & Spa (plus you get a discount when you CALL and mention our names when booking!).
Flight
Portland International Airport
Portland International Airport is our recommended airport to fly into and is the largest, closest airport available. The airport is a little less than an hour from our venue, The Columbia Gorge Hotel. We do recommend getting a rental car as there are no uber or lyfts in the Gorge.

To book discounted rooms: You MUST call to make reservations directly with the Reservations Desk. You need to identify yourself with the Elizabeth Dalpiaz- Brown & Tyson Todd room block in order to receive the agreed-upon rate and room types. Please call 1.800.345.1921 to make your reservation. To get the discounted reservation, you cannot place your order online, you must call. Reservations must be placed by January 26th, 2025.
