Please arrive by 4:30 PM so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Yes! Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside as well as cocktail hour. The reception will follow in the ballroom.

Yes, there is parking available. There will be an attendant at the entrance directing guests where they need to go.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. In the event you are late, someone from the event staff will guide you on where to wait until the ceremony is over.
