What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We suggest formal dresses that are knee to floor length, a jacket and tie, or dressy separates. We kindly request no denim and to refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride like white, ivory, or cream. The bridal party will be wearing hunter green.

Are children invited?

We have decided to keep our wedding events adults-only (21+) and appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation.

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

Weather permitting, we are hoping to hold the ceremony outside if at all possible. As our date is in late fall, it may be on the cooler side. We encourage guests to bring clothing for a brief stay outside. Our venue provides a coat check should anyone need it.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We are honored to have you all as witnesses to our vows and the beginning of our marriage. With this in mind, we invite you to be truly present with us, and respectfully request that all cameras and phones be turned off during the ceremony. We look forward to sharing our professional photos after the big day!

Parking and Transportation

Answer

There will be transportation to and from the hotel and venue. Shuttles will depart from the hotel at 3:00pm and 3:15pm. They will return from the venue at 10pm. There is also parking on site.

When should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

We kindly ask that all of our guests arrive in the parking lot by 3:30 PM. We ask everyone be seated by 3:45 PM to avoid any interruptions during the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM.

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

RSVP by October 15th.

What time is hotel check in?

Answer

If you are staying with us at the Courtyard Lebanon, please note that hotel check in is at 3pm. The hotel cannot guarantee an early check in.
