Question
Where are the events, and where should I stay?
Answer
Please see our "travel" page for our recommended hotels. All events are in the Belle Meade and Bellevue neighborhoods of Nashville, so the recommended hotels are in Green Hills. There is no designated "hotel block", so we recommend booking your hotels sooner rather than later to ensure you have the optimal location! There are also plenty of Airbnb's in the area.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
The RSVP tab of this website will become available when you receive your invitation. Please RSVP no later than May 6. Our vendors require us to have a final headcount by this date, so any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No". Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Tim and I are so blessed to have so many friends and family willing to join us on this big day. That being said, all events are by invitation only due to venue size restrictions. If your significant other is invited, they will be listed on the invitation and RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We love little ones! However, we have decided to maintain an adults-only weekend, unless your children are specifically named on your invitation and RSVP. We encourage you to enjoy this opportunity for a date night!

There is a gap between the wedding and cocktail hour, what should I do?
Answer
We do have a very small "Catholic Gap" on our wedding day! Depending on how long Mass is, you may find yourself with an extra 15-20 minutes before cocktail hour starts. We recommend changing into your dancing shoes, grabbing a coffee, taking pictures on the Natchez Trace, or exploring the shops and galleries at Loveless.

What is the attire for the wedding?
Answer
We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up! The attire for the wedding is summer formal. For women, a mid- to floor-length dress is perfect. Florals are encouraged- thank you for not wearing white! For men, feel free to wear a suit or khakis with a blazer and a tie. The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. The cocktail hour will be outside, pending the weather. Tennessee summers are beautiful and very warm, so please dress accordingly. We highly recommend bringing a change of shoes for dancing!

How should I get around during the weekend?
Answer
Parking is available at all weekend events. Cars can also be left overnight and picked up at St. Henry and Loveless the next day. Both Uber and Lyft are always readily available in Nashville.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! We want you to be able to enjoy our cocktail hour and reception. There will be a place on the RSVP to name any food allergies or special requests.
