MARCH 14th, 2024 FIRST DATE: Taylor and Lizzie go on their first date at The Gristmill in Gruene. Taylor brings both Lizzie and her mom flowers, and Lizzie is already starting to swoon! After dinner they listen to a live band play country music, walk around antique stores, and stop for ice cream. Taylor drives around the block a few times before dropping Lizzie off to spend more time with her. MARCH 29th, 2024 THEY’RE DATING! Taylor asks Lizzie to be his girlfriend on Good Friday, they go to their first show together, and Lizzie meets Taylor’s family on Easter weekend. JUNE 29th, 2024 THE PROPOSAL! Taylor conspires with future bridesmaid Megan to surprise Lizzie with a beach proposal. Plan is to take Lizzie for a moonlit walk on the beach while Megan sets up the beach house balcony for the proposal. While walking, Taylor and Lizzie see, “Will you marry me Elizabeth?” written in the sand, but Taylor didn't write it! It’s just one more sign for Taylor and Lizzie that their love is meant to be.
