Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, this is an adults-only event—we want our wedding to be your night (or weekend) off! The only kids in attendance will be those in the immediate family and the wedding party.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony/reception venue, the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts (501 E 9th St, Little Rock, AR 72202), at 5:00 p.m. to allow time to park and take your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are politely asking that all guests wear black and adhere to a Formal/Black-Tie Optional dress code. For men, this can be a black tuxedo or a formal suit with a white shirt and a conservative tie. For women, this includes a black floor-length gown, an elevated black cocktail dress, or a dressy black pantsuit (midi- to floor-length are acceptable).

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While we can't predict the weather — although we wish we could — October in Little Rock generally means highs around 76° and lows around 52°. The ceremony will be outside, so please plan accordingly!

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

While transportation will not be provided, all hotels listed on the "Travel" page are within two miles of the ceremony/reception venue. Ubers, Lyfts, and Taxis are readily available around the city, and a large parking lot is adjacent to the property for those who drive to the venue.

What type of food and drink will be served during the reception?

Answer

We will have a full dinner buffet, as well as an open bar with beer, wine, and limited cocktails.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you "unplug" during our ceremony, put all phones away, and refrain from taking photos or videos. We want you to be present with us in this special moment!
