FAQs

Question

Is the Ceremony in the same place as the reception?

Answer

Our ceremony is located right next to our reception area, in an outdoor courtyard area! So, when concerned about parking, for those who are staying at the Casa Monica, no worries! Your car would be parked by a valet. For those who are staying in a hotel nearby, there is a parking garage located near this location, where you might find yourself parked there for the better part of the day, so you won't have to worry about moving anywhere.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear formal clothing (a suit or nice dress ideally), and please avoid wearing lavender, olive, or sage green, as these are the colors the wedding party will be wearing. Furthermore, we would hope that we wouldn't have to tell you not to wear white to a wedding, but uh, yeah, don't. If you find yourself wearing white, you will also find yourself wearing a nice shade of red wine splashed onto your person, as the wedding party will be armed with water guns; you have been warned. All jokes aside, any questions you might have about your outfit, or if you're not sure whether to wear it or not, send a picture to the Bride or Groom for further inspection.

Question

Where do I RSVP? Is there a deadline?

Answer

There should be a tab above on this website titled RSVP. Please type your name into the bar, and it should pull your name and others who are joining you with your name. If you feel a name is missing or you wish to add family members to your group, please get in touch with the Groom or Bride. We also cannot stress this enough: please RSVP ASAP, the sooner we get your approval, the sooner you can see us get married.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Depending on when you read this, there may be two answers to this question. If you don't see a tab labeled "registry," we are still adding to it, and it will be published at least 5 months before the wedding. If you can see the registry tab above, then yes, we do! You're free to click on it and browse. Whether it's there or not, we are not requesting traditional items; instead, we want to invite you to help us plan for our honeymoon and create memories along the way! So you might see excursions or honeymoon dates that we might do, but are indecisive about. Help us plan and be a part of our honeymoon!
