Cottages: Hawthorn Cottage: (5 bedrooms) 4 rooms with 2 queen beds and a bathroom: $149+ tax per room per night Hospitality suite in the center of the cottage with a kitchenette and living room area. If rent 2 or more cottage are rented the cost is $200.00 per night. This is room will be complimentary if all 4 cottage rooms are rented by the group. If rent 2 or more cottage are rented the cost is $200.00 per night. Complimentary continental breakfast at The Inn at River Landing 6:30am-9:30am fitness center, and free wireless internet and a conference room. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. We will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. Please check in at The Inn at River Landing for all reservations including Inn rooms, River Landing cottages, suites and rental homes. We have limited rooms that are pet friendly and are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. A non- refundable $75 deposit will be required for each pet. Violators of the pet policy will incur a $75 dollar charge plus ejection from the property. All dogs must be leashed in River Landing. Failure to pick up after your pet is a by-law offense. River Landing Suites and Cottage and Rental Homes Block Policy: When booking suites and cottages at River Landing, you will be asked to hold each room with a credit card at the time the reservation is made. If you or your guests wish to cancel a Suite or Cottage, they must call and cancel the room 14 days prior to the check-in date.
