Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Our wedding will be a formal affair. We kindly ask that all men wear suits (no jeans) and all women wear tea-length or floor-length dresses. We can't wait to see you all at the wedding! Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Can I Bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

Is the Venue Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

Outdoor (Oklahoma Weather Permitting)! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoor. However, the dancing will take place indoors.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

To maintain the intimacy of our ceremony and allow our photographers to do their best work, we request an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from using phones, cameras, or any recording devices until after the ceremony has concluded. We promise to share the professional photos afterward!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will! Select beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits will be available on us. Nonalcoholic options will be available as well. Please drink responsibly! No shots are allowed at the venue.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

There is no smoking allowed at the venue. While we also love our vices, we ask that you please keep the use of smoking, both electronic and non, limited to before and after your time at the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will have a service taking guests from the venue to the hotel/downtown Tulsa starting at 9:30pm and running two more times that night. We recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service to get to the venue.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! All cars left at the venue overnight, however, must be removed by 11:00am the next day (Sunday April 26).
