When and where do I RSVP?

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand! Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

I am traveling from out of town, where do I stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms booked at Homewood Suites by Hilton at the Waterfront. 1550 N Waterfront Pkwy. You can click on this link to book online or you can call 316-260-8844 and reserve your room over the phone. There are a lot of other hotels near Crestview Country Club. Some others options are, SpringHill Suites Wichita East at Plazzio, Home2 Suites by Hilton Wichita Northeast, and La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Wichita Northeast.

Can I bring a guest?

Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If there is any questions, please reach out to us. We want everyone to have their special someone with them and look forward to celebrating with you and your guest.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, however we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event. However, if you cannot find child care and this would restrict you from enjoying the night, please reach out to Elizabeth and Ryan and they can help with accommodations.

Do you have a registry ?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items. Our registry can be found here.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black- tie. We ask that gentleman wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie. Ladies we ask that you wear a floor length gown or a sophisticated cocktail dress. We want you to have a chance to dress up but want everyone to be able to dance and have fun!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are not providing transportation to and from events, but the ceremony and reception are in the same location and there is plenty of parking available.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5 pm with the cocktail hour and reception to follow. Please just arrive to give yourself enough time to park and get settled in before 5 pm!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

All guests are invited to attend a cocktail hour followed by the reception. Both will take place inside the club house at Crestview Country Club.
