Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be taking place at the Hilton La Romana Resort on Saturday, March 9th, 2024 in the Dominican Republic.

When do I need to RSVP for your wedding by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 17th, 2024. You can RSVP through our website by clicking the RSVP tab. Please note that the last day to book your room reservation through our Travel Agent is October 1st. 100% (full) payment is required for guests with NO Travel Protection by 10/12/2023. A minimum payment of 50% (half) of the reservation total is required for guests with Travel Protection by 10/12/2023 with the remaining balance payment required by 12/15/2023.

What kind of rooms does the resort offer?

Answer

The Hilton La Romana resort offers a variety of room options in both their family and adults only section. We have reserved Deluxe Garden Rooms on both sides of the resort. What does the hotel include?

Answer

The hotel is an all inclusive resort which includes food, drinks, and entertainment activities on property.

Is transportation included?

Answer

Yes, your booking accommodation includes roundtrip transportation from the Punta Cana International Airport to the Hilton La Romana Resort.

Is there a specific side of the hotel that we must stay on?

Answer

No. The Hilton La Romana Resort has both a family and adults only section. The two sides of the resort are connected and easily accessible.

What's the benefit of booking through your travel agent?

Answer

By booking through the room block we have reserved, you are able to make payments over time rather than paying for the cost of your stay all at once. Additionally, the cost of your accommodations also includes roundtrip transportation to and from the airport.

Can I Bring a Guest or +1 to the Wedding Ceremony/Reception?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation to the wedding ceremony & reception.

Are children invited?

Answer

The Hilton La Romana Resort is family friendly and you are more than welcome to bring your little ones on your trip, however the wedding ceremony and reception will be for ages 12 & up.

What kind of international and domestic spirits are available at the resort?

Answer

While the resort offers a variety of alcoholic beverages, they may not have all the brands that we have at home. If there are specific brands of alcohol you prefer, we recommend purchasing those at the Duty Free stores at the airport.

Will you be hosting any other events or activities leading up to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be planning a few activities leading up to the wedding and will have them listed under the "Schedule" tab as we get them finalized. These events are completely optional!

What's the best airport to fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into the Punta Cana International Airport as roundtrip transportation is included when you book your room at the resort.

Can I take pictures during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We are planning for an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that you allow our wedding photographer and videographer to capture our special moment.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you please wear formal attire - cocktail or long dresses for women, light weight suits for men. Our venue will be outdoors in the evening near the ocean, but not in the sand. The average temperature in DR at night during March is in the mid 70s.
