When should I RSVP by?
Answer
September 22, 2025 If you don’t rsvp by the set date we might not have enough chairs or food to accommodate! If you are coming to the ceremony only please specify!
Question
Where should I stay if hotel is fully booked?
Answer
Our venue has cabins available. However they will not all be available if wedding party or out of town family has booked. Send Elizabeth a message to see if any are available.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones, we really do! However we respectfully ask you not to bring your little ones unless they are on your family list when you RSVP. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night! :)

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invite does not specifically say your name and “guest” please reach out to one of us. We love meeting new people in our life and yours but we will save that for another time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
We do have a lot of guest coming, there is a parking lot to accommodate all guests. Please just do not park like we are at a rodeo :)

What is the dress code?
Answer
We request that guests attend in formal cocktail attire. This includes semi-formal dresses, coats, or elevated evening wear. A nice sports coat with jeans for cowboys and a mid-floor length evening dress for the cowgirls. We suggest guests to wear bright colors!

When should I arrive?
Answer
We ask that our guests arrive no earlier than 3. Once you have arrived please be seated 15 minutes before 4.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Indoor! The ceremony and reception will be at the same venue in two separate buildings. Cocktail hour will be inside/outside. The cocktail area is covered and on turf for anyone wanting to enjoy drinks outside!
