"Is the resort all-inclusive?" / "¿El resort es todo incluido?"

Answer

Absolutely! Your payment covers the room, drinks, food, and amenities. The only additional costs outside the resort are transportation and your flight. ¡Por supuesto! El pago incluye la habitación, bebidas, comida y amenidades. Lo único que tendrás que pagar aparte son el transporte y el vuelo.

"Is there a deadline to submit the deposit?" / "¿Hasta cuándo puedo hacer el depósito?"

Answer

There's no specific deadline to place your deposit, but please keep in mind that room selections are first come, first served based on our reserved block. All payments must be completed by May 8, 2026. No hay una fecha específica para hacer el depósito, pero ten en cuenta que la selección de habitaciones se realiza por orden de llegada, según el bloque que tenemos reservado. Answer

While there's no formal payment plan option, you’re free to make multiple payments of any amount, at any time, using the payment link provided in your confirmation email.
