Liz and Quincy connected while teaching 6th grade at Washington Middle School in Seattle. After spending some time together outside of the classroom for a few months, Liz asked Quincy out on a date. However, Quincy did not know it was a date until the end of the night when Liz shared her feelings for him. From there, the two were inseparable!

Almost two years later, Quincy proposed to Liz at Discovery Park while on a trail run with friends, Blair and Staci (and Ranger!). While along the beach, in front of West Point Lighthouse, Liz was writing their names with a heart in the sand. She turned around and Quincy was down on one knee with a ring in hand asking her to marry him. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Washington!
